How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance to secure your preferred date and give us time to customize your event. That said, we understand last-minute needs come up—we'll do our best to accommodate quick turnarounds when our schedule allows.
What's the minimum group size?
We specialize in corporate groups during daytime hours—perfect for team offsites, training sessions, and company events. We also accommodate evening corporate events and full facility rentals. Group size is flexible based on your needs; we just have a minimum spend requirement that we'll discuss when we customize your package.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! We work with you to customize catering packages for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs. Just let us know when booking.
Do you provide alcohol?
Yes, we offer adult beverage packages including beer, wine, and custom cocktail options. Our team handles all licensing and service.
What if we have employees with mobility limitations?
Many of our activities can be adapted or we can create a spectator/support role. Our facility is ADA accessible, and we'll work with you to ensure everyone can participate comfortably.
Can we bring our own food/drinks?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted, but we offer extensive catering options to fit any budget and preference. Ask about our customizable menu.
How does mobile service work?
We bring everything to your location—whether that's a parking lot, outdoor field, or even your conference room. We handle complete setup, event facilitation, and takedown. We service all of Michigan, so wherever your team is, we can get there.
What's included in the Corporate Membership?
Members commit to 4 events per year and receive preferred pricing on all events, priority booking, and a dedicated account person. Each event can be different—holiday party, summer picnic, leadership training, quarterly offsite, or mobile events at your location. It's the most cost-effective way to invest in your team year-round.
